  3. Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging or similar protective material to avoid damage during return shipping.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If the item was purchased using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit.
